As fierce advocates for our clients, we are committed to providing upstanding legal representation in and out of the courtroom. Whether your case can be settled in out-of-court negotiations or you need an ally and advocate at trial, we are here for you. 

Our Approach 

When we say that we do representation the GRIZZLY way, here’s what we mean: 

• Our approach to law is as economical as possible. We want the legal process to be affordable, efficient, and rewarding for our clients. 
• We maximize our use of technology to ensure our clients have the information they need when they need it. We’re not in the business of making  you jump through hoops to get what you’re looking for. 

We don’t apply a cookie-cutter approach to any case we take on, nor do we follow a mathematical formula or standard “play” when determining the cost of legal services. Instead, we approach legal representation holistically, looking at the unique aspects of each case and what’s needed to see it through to successful completion. 

So, while we won’t provide you with an initial quote for services on this page, what we can promise is this: 

• Your initial consultation is free. We would be happy to sit down with you and review the details of what you’re going through at no upfront cost to you. Walking into a law office for the first time is daunting enough – you shouldn’t have to be worried about legal fees on top of it. Rest assured, at Brandon Reese Law Firm, that won’t be the case. Our initial conversation, which includes an opportunity for you to get answers to all of your questions and hear about our high-level plan of attack, will be provided at no cost. 
• We offer payment plans to qualified clients. We know that not everyone who needs an attorney can afford to pay for the entire case upfront. That’s why we won’t ask you to! To help offset legal costs, we offer payment plan options and a reasonable retainer fee for those who need it. We accept credit cards and also offer third-party financing for qualified clients. 

About Brandon Reese

Brandon Reese graduated from the University of North Texas with a bachelor’s degree in Political Science and a minor in Economics. He furthered his education at Texas Tech University School of Law, where he was on the National Mock Trial Team, National Arbitration Team, and was named Best Oralist in many of his trial competitions.

While in law school, Brandon was a member of the Caprock Regional Public Defender’s Office, providing criminal defense representation to the indigent rural population of West Texas. He worked as a law clerk for Chuck Lanehart and Fred Stangl in Lubbock, Texas.

Brandon works with criminal defense clients, family law clients, CPS clients, and personal injury clients. He is passionate about going to Court and ensuring that his client’s story gets told. Feel free to ask him about his socks when you see him!
