About Attorney Seth Fuller

A true trial champion, Seth grew up in Garland Texas. After obtaining a Bachelors degree from Texas A&M, he received his Juris Doctorate from the top-ranked University of Texas School of Law. Since then, Seth has been championing the rights of all citizens on courtrooms across the state, from the lowest misdemeanors to the most serious felonies, including Capital Murder. Seth believes the the justice system works best when everyone involved zealously seeks justice. He believes the best way for his clients to receive the maximum benefits and the minimum punishment is to always be ready to exercise basic Constitutional rights and to always be ready to take it to trial. Outside of the courtroom, Seth is a black belt in Brazilian jiu-jitsu who loves spending time with his wife Nicol and their two children at their home in Denton, Texas.
